We’ll use an assessment tool called the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) to see how your energy affects the way you work, think, and feel. You’ll learn how to boost your energy levels so that you can work smarter, feel less stressed, and achieve more. Instead of trying to manage every minute of your day, this workshop will teach you how to tap into your energy in a way that makes you more productive and happier at work. By the end, you’ll feel more in control and ready to take on challenges with confidence!

Leah earned her CPC, CLDS, and ELI-MP certifications from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). After establishing her own company, Leah Lo Coaching, she has worked with private clients, utilizing one of the top attitudinal assessment tools—the Energy Leadership Index—to help them succeed. Leah’s methodology focuses on internal transformation, uncovering the root causes of her clients’ challenges, including limiting perspectives, self-defeating thoughts, and outdated beliefs inherited from family, society, and media.
